Q: Can it work on a pixma ts3322 printer?

Sorry, no that printer can not print on PVC cards.

Q: How do you print on it?

You'd use the Card Tray similarly to how you'd use the original CD Tray. The difference is that you would print a different document, which has the artwork of 2 cards inside it instead of a round CD image. Q: Amazon is recommending the pixma ts8320 as the new model replacement for the 8120 listed in the chart. looks like the same in canon lit. compatible?

With Canon's newer TS printers, such as the TS82xx, TS95xx you would need to use the MP Tray: https://www.amazon.com/Inkjet-Printers-Multi-Purpose-Brainstorm-ID/dp/B07T28MXMK We believe the MP tray (linked above) will also work with the TS83xx, but we have not tested it yet.
