The manufacturer sticker took off some of the paint. I reached out to corkcicle. They responded with a code to replace it from their site. I did order the same mug. Hopefully won't have the same issue as they said they won't warranty it a second time. So, will have to make sure to be very gentle when removing sticker. Overall, enjoy the appearance and style. Like the shape, easy to hold. Keeps coffee hot. I've bought several corkcicles in the past. I've never been disappointed.

Love the outside coating and design on this Darth Vader Tumbler. It is awesome that Corkcicle keeps beverages code for 9 hrs and hot for 3 hrs. This is the 4th Corkcicle Tumbler we have bought! My husband uses his everyday for work. I wish that more designs would have this same outside coating on them since it feels nicer than the stainless steel and is easier to grip.
