Great customer service and nice product
I purchased the canopy for family summer camping and for my kids softball tournament. The attached netting is extremely useful and that's one of the reasons why we purchased this product. It made a huge difference in the summer night to keep bugs away. It worked so well that people from the nearby campsite asked us where we bought the canopy. It also held up well in rainy days. Set up is pretty easy, too. We did have issue with the frame broken when we tried to close it but it's probably due to the human error as we were hurry to leave. Martina from the customer service is super useful and answer our request super fast. She followed up on the process of sending out the replacement parts and make sure we were satisfied with the product. There are many similar canopy sellers out there but I can say Quictent's customer service is unbeatable. Will definitely recommend their products to our friends.

Sturdy, durable, great customer service
I purchased this canopy 2 years ago as a hot tub shelter. Living in the country with lots of bugs, this screened canopy helps make being outside much more enjoyable! I actually left it up all summer long over both summers I had it, and properly anchored it weathered all storms. Unfortunately, that is excessive UV exposure for the fabric! It was a bit fragile after the first summer and after the second, the fabric altogether crumbled. So for occasional use I imagine this unit would likely last many years. Since I had been satisfied with its performance, I bought a second canopy this spring since I could not find a way to just replace the worn out fabric. I had an issue with the new one and customer service was responsive and helpful. I’d definitely recommend, and will check this maker first for future pop up needs!

As a short old lady, I put it up myself!
It is heavy for a 5'3 --70 year old woman! But that's why it's well made and strong. I put it up in my backyard, as I am doing with my new stuff, incase there are any issues and so I know better how to set things up. It was a learning experience.. I learned that you need to sprawl out the legs as much as possible before putting on the top. I learned that it takes some muscle to get the peg into the holder on the center and to do that before putting the legs up or I am way too short! Even with a single step stool. I learned that trying to put the walls up or to take them down and pack away is not easy if the wind is blowing strong. As per any product like this getting it back into the bag and the zipper up took some doing.. but I have a better idea for next time. some stuff needs to go into the center of the base. I like the straps that are on the bag so that the zipper doesn't take all the work holding it together. It wasn't easy for ME to set up but I'm sure it will get easier as I learn little tricks. Overall.. very good product. ****Later add on... I found a better way to set up solo... I attach the frame on 2 sides to my van wheels with long bungie cords...then pull out the other 2 sides. Put pool noodles down the poles that could rub up against the van. I put the canopy over the back end of my van BEFORE you raise the tailgate. It covers my camp kitchen and allows the back door to open or close freely. Anyway.. there are tricks to doing this solo or if u r short or a senior that wasn't shown on U-tube or ads for this. My main struggle was having it spread out enough to join the push up system together in the middle. Bungie cords are the answer! Work smarter, not harder!

unexpectedly excellent customer service
I bought my Quictent pop-up screened gazebo 2 years ago where it has lived on my deck for the last two summers and falls. I live at altitude in Colorado, and the UV rays are intense. At the end of last fall, as I was taking it down for the season, the top fabric finally just disintegrated. I reached out to Quictent, and even though I bought it from Amazon (not Quictent), and had no model number or anything, Martina in customer service dug deep and figured out what model it was and quickly sent me the replacement top for $50. And followed up afterwards to be sure that it was right and that I was happy. No need to replace the entire thing! I'm so happy that I randomly chose the Quictent option, as they have OUTSTANDING customer service. 10/10 would recommend this brand.

Poorly Made for any bad weather
UPDATE: the seller provided me a full refund. It took a bit to get there but they did do it. They also did not require me to pack up all the broken pieces and send back. I just disposed of it in my trash. They were good to work with. I wouldn’t buy this tent/gazebo as it’s flimsy and not well made. But that’s not the sellers fault. It was several emails and past the return date before they finally gave me my money back but I was persistent. They didn’t respond in time for me to ever take this back to UPS and once it completely broke there was no way to pack it and they finally saw that (I had to send picture proof). All in all seller did the right thing after a month and a half. We received it broken. One leg wouldn’t snap in as we raised it. I reached out to manufac. and after a few weeks they sent a replacement. But I was in a different color. It’s too big to return and I’m just about past the return date. The full leg lart they sent isn’t even right or I would use it. The emails I get sound like someone translating a diff language to English. They are weird. And I asked for a discount since it was broken and they said after I try the part they could give $20. I haven’t reached back out. I’m just going to throw it away and get a better quality. It is up right now but it takes on rain water and the very flimsy poles on the roof cave in and we get a river of water. Not just some but enough to fill a barrel and water plants. This is not a great tent for everyday use. Take it up and down it might be better. But if you are in it when it rains you will need to constantly empty the pooled water. I dislike my choice. Wouldn’t buy again

I wanted something that would be easy to put up and take down, ideally by myself. I am a female and could not put it up by myself. I spread the material but could not fix the legs to stand properly. However, when a contractor came in for something else, he put it up in three minutes (meaning fixed all the legs (they have to click on the top!). Better to have two people for setting it up, for sure. I use it as my outdoor office. I kept computer monitors inside the gazebo even during light rain when there is no wind. The rain does not go through the roof but can reach from the sides if the wind blows even a bit, sideways. In my area, there is is a lot of mosquitoes. However, zero mosquitoes inside the gazebo. It works great. I did not add any weight on the bottom. It’s been standing there for a month without any weight or attachment. There has been some windy weather with bad rain (the privacy shields at the back of gazebo fell down) but the gazebo did not move. Of course the recommendation is to attach it with something secure, but I didn’t. I have two kittens so I let them inside, however they already figured out how to get out by sneaking under the walls of gazebo (so this is not a permanent solution for cats.) Excellent gazebo. I would highly recommend it as a light option that can be easily removed for the winter. UPDATE 2024. I took it down at the end of 2022 and 2023 season. I washed it in the washing machine after each season. When I tried to put it up in 2024 the metal stands are all fine, however the roof ripped in a few places because I was not careful enough + fabrics became weak after two seasons. I would say roof requires replacement after two seasons. With respect to the net, I also washed it in the washing machine after each season. The net is perfect however I lost zipper lockers during washing and cannot use it now. I am thinking of installing metal permanent hardtop gazebo at this point.
