Great customer service and nice product
I purchased the canopy for family summer camping and for my kids softball tournament. The attached netting is extremely useful and that's one of the reasons why we purchased this product. It made a huge difference in the summer night to keep bugs away. It worked so well that people from the nearby campsite asked us where we bought the canopy. It also held up well in rainy days. Set up is pretty easy, too. We did have issue with the frame broken when we tried to close it but it's probably due to the human error as we were hurry to leave. Martina from the customer service is super useful and answer our request super fast. She followed up on the process of sending out the replacement parts and make sure we were satisfied with the product. There are many similar canopy sellers out there but I can say Quictent's customer service is unbeatable. Will definitely recommend their products to our friends.

My vacation home
My home away from home. I have owned this tent for two years and it's showing only a little wear and tear. I just had to buy a patch for two small holes that may have been my lights. Big enough for 2 regular chairs and a big chair. You could easily seat 6 comfortably. I leave it up all year under a deck so it's a little protected.

Works, pretty sturdy, alternative materials?
We bought this as an old pop-up tent we had died when there were some large gusts of wind and it twisted the metal. So, we put it at the end of our 24ft Keystone Hideout camper. With one side up against the camper it added some wind protection and this tent has held up very well with the bigger gusts. I believe that is in part due to the netting.Putting the tent up was relatively easy though if you are short it is a mild challenge. Luckily, my husband is taller. It can be difficult to get the mosquito netting to velcro correctly to the top. An additional zipper or something to get you started or near the corners would help. While the sturdiness exists for what it is and the value for what it is is great it would be interesting if there was an upgrade for a sturdier material for the top part of the tent. We will be taking it down here soon as we are beginning to get frost on it but if it could be up in the snow it would be fantastic to have that extra area outside. One other thing that would be interesting to see sold as an upgrade would be a pole to better support the center of the tent so that if you had the upgraded material again a light snowfall would be ok.

Recommend product and seller
I purchased the smaller 6x6 tent to use on my narrow deck. As noted in other reviews, you need 2 people to set it up, but set up is easy. It's semi-permanent for me so I cannot speak to how easy it is to take down. A nice storage bag is provided. Decent quality, not waterproof for heavy rain but fine for a light rain. There was an imperfection and I worked with the seller for a replacement part. I recommend the product as well as the seller.

Junk
Got the tent thought it was cute. I had a little bit of tough time putting it up. The arms didn’t seem to want to move. Got it up the next day without even using it once it rained and the whole thing collapse two of the metal arms just snapped no way that didn’t have broken like that. It wasn’t even that much rain. They told me I could send it back but want me to pay the postage now they’re trying to force me to take replacement parts. Why would I want replacement parts of something that was built so crappy it’s happened to other people my children could’ve got hurt so I’m still trying to get a FedEx label paying for postage so I can get rid of this thing It’s a shame that they make you go through this. I’ve been at Amazon customer for 12 years. Oh, and then they told me they wanted pictures like I had to jam it back into the bag I’m not going in. They’re pulling it out and taking pictures. I’m a customer. I’m a good customer. I’ve spent probably 40,000 on Amazon prime

Looks great, good quality
Took 2 guys to put up and they said it was not “easy”. We love the quality and the nice neat appearance. Roomier inside than we anticipated since we were limited to space where it had to be, and we are very happy with this purchase. Keeps mosquitoes and flies out and lets the breeze come through the screening.

1st product was not great...hoping that the replacement is!
I would give it zero if I could. The sides don't stay up, the pins/buttons don't stay in the hole so the sides just keep collapsing, even when people are inside. We have owned other canopies in the past and have never had a problem - this one has been a problem since day one.Edit: I did reach out to the company and they supplied us with a replacement. They were very easy to work with and their customer service responded to all questions the same day.

Very nice
Space is amazing..setup was easy..screen walls are awesome..only con is having to remove the screens before taking down, won’t collapse with them attached..it is not designed to be left up for extended periods of time or during inclement weather..stop being lazy and take it down, otherwise build a permanent structure
