That is a silly answer posted above. If you buy these from the manufacturer you will receive a fresh supply. If you buy from other sellers there is no telling what you may get. I received my bottle direct from Wiley's on 4/8/21 with a exp date of 01/2023

Typically there is not much sense or applicability of the question of non-GMO to "wild" caught fish. It would apply to farm raised fish but Wiley's only uses wild caught fish for their products.
