Let’s start with the Pros.- Frame is incredibly sturdy. I’m 6ft4 and can ride the bike easily.- Heavy duty bike, doesn’t feel cheap (apart from the seat, see below). Definitely has the feel of a more expensive bike.- Set up was quick. 5 or 6 bolts and it was good to go.Cons-Seat.-Lack of Computer.Seat is beyond awful. Seems to be pretty consistent wth other reviews. In additional feeling like a slab of concrete up your bum, the brackets that lock the seat into its tilt position are cheap/soft metal. Within the first hour of ride time the seat now clicks forward/backwards with minimal pressure, even though the nuts holding them in are as tight as they can be. I ended up buying a seat ($20) from a bike store within the first week and this solved the issue.Computer. It doesn't lose any star rating for this because I bought this knowing that it didn’t have a built in computer. I just assumed could buy a separate bluetooth sensor. One for speed and one for candence. Candence sensors work perfectly because it attaches to arm of the pedal. Speed sensors not so much. They have to sit flat across the hub of the wheel which isn't possible with the gap that this bike has.Anyone looking for a reliable computer for this bike, I recommend using a wired odometer in order for this to work properly. BUT it will have to have a small bracket as the room on the handlebars for any attachment is pretty much non-existent. I bought a sent back 3 different computer/odometer systems to try and get this right.Overall a very solid bike but a few small details let it down a little.

The bike turned up after a few months both the packaging and the bike were damaged, the front mounting frame bracket were bent and assembly could not be achieved without straightening the bracket ( paint chips and scratches due to the impact ) the drive wheel is very noisy and there is a bearing problem the wheel has a slight wobble which will only get worse if used considering the bearing damage. The cranks are welded each side to the drive sprocket and are uneven, this compounds as the rotational uneven centre crank is very visible and noticeable when peddling . Less than one minute of use and this bike was a complete waste of money, I would not buy this product again and would not consider a product replacement as a viable option. Total garbage and not worth the wait, your money would be better well spent elsewhere. Very disappointed in a very poorly made product. Negative stars are not an option but should be in cases like this.

What is supposed to make this bike better than other spin bikes in the same category, is the road bike saddle and alloy pedals. You get neither. I contacted them, they admitted changing to lesser quality parts. Part of the tension knob was missing. They said they would send me a new one once I sent proof of purchase and model of unit. Never arrived. If you are over 5'9" tall with average leg length, the seat doesn't raise high enough to allow from proper leg extension. No bat adjustment forward and backward. Not all body types will fit this long reach. Sold it. Set my road bike up on a fluid trainer instead, for less cost, and an exact fit.

I never write reviews unless something is very good or very bad. So, warning, I bought this bike in the summer and it worked great, until the tension knob started to get very hard to turn after 10 x 40min spin classes. After 20 uses, the knob didn’t work at all and the bike was useless. After 20 runs! I filled out a form for a new knob and was sent an email with a tracking from for the part that “was sent”. Several weeks later and no part and I emailed to ask if there was a problem with the shipping and was told that the part was actually on back order now will be there in 2-3 weeks and now six weeks later and I feel not too hopeful it’s coming any time soon... So, 2.5 months of not being able to use a brand new spin bike after 20 uses.... Very high lack of communication from customer service. I highly recommend not purchasing from this company.

This bike is solid, spin classes are great on it. Seat is comfortable -I was worried it would be awful based on other reviews.The only issue I have is it’s a bit noisy. I’ve tried spraying WD40 on the wheel but doesn’t help. Also would be nice to have a display to show RPM
