I cannot tell if it is working.This shipped quickly and in a well-padded envelope.Thankfully, dosage for this product is only one single capsule. Many similar products require either two or three. Also, the capsules are small and easy to swallow.I haven't noticed any changes but can be both good and bad. I would expect the seller to say you need to take this product longer to notice any change but I will not be doing that.

I like the product, but I'm really upset at brands who ship products in an 80% empty bottle. This is 30 small pills in a bottle that could easily facilitate 120 or 150 pills. We are facing a global plastics pollution crisis, where we're finding plastics trash on every corner of the earth, even the remote arctic. We are also facing a recycling crisis, where most US cities don't know what to do with plastics. Brands like this need to be smarter about their packaging - either provide a much smaller bottle, or preferably, provide a 4 months supply in one bottle and adjust the price accordingly. That would also reduce the number of deliveries, and the the hassle of reordering.I also think the price is a bit high. Doctor's Best has a 9 month supply for the same price. I don't know how to compare dosage because Nattokinase should be measured in FU's (max 2,000 per day), and this formula measures in MG instead.

The pills are easy to swallow, a bit on the expensive side, not sure if I will order again.
