Q: What grade of stainless steel is this product made of?

Not sure what grade, but it's held up well without signs of rusting. I use it a lot to warm meals in the IP since I don't have a microwave.

Q: is the lid leak proof? Can i use for kids lunch box semi liquid food with this lid ( I won't use the divider)?

I wouldn't recommend it for school lunches. It's great for putting stuff in the fridge and cooking. But the silicone lid has an air hole/closure area to make cooking easier. And silicone/metal in general isn't good to send food in unless you have something like a regular lunch box to put it inside. The chances of the top coming off inside of a backpack frighten me.

Q: What grade of stainless steel is the 7" pan made from?

I don't know, but I CAN tell you that this thing is WAY SMALLER than I thought it was going to be. I thought I'd be able to bake a cheesecake in it and it's the size of a divided baby dish.

Q: Is this stackable? Can you put 2 of the same pans in together stacked?

I don't know. I only have one so can't try it - the bottom is smaller than top so maybe with the divider in the bottom one or the lid on it would work but I can't say for sure.
