Some outstanding advice for budding bodybuilders!
As I've been trying really hard to put on some muscle mass and reduce the fat that I managed to gain over the past several months, I picked up this book and I must say that it is a really high quality manual and had tons of excellent advice inside! I particularly needed and enjoyed the chapter about how to stick to your program and goals, because it's really difficult for me on that front. With work, kids, marriage, travel, maintaining social life... it's really easy to get distracted and get thrown off track, but this book really does an excellent job of giving advice on how to combat all sorts of problems that people like me run into when starting a bodybuilding training program, and I expect to see results (and a ripped physique) soon!

I will admit it does go against pretty much everything I had learned about bodybuilding so far and this is exactly why I loved it. It provided me with a fresh perspective and information that I had not known before. After reading this book, I feel much more confident about bodybuilding and am confident that I will be successful in my future attempts. It's all in there, overall I recommend this book for anyone looking to learn how to build a healthier body and a healthier methods to maintain a strong physique. Great book with good ideas.

Very Helpful
I purchased this book as an exercise guide for my body building. I am happy that this book is not an exercise guide but it also describes about diet plan during bodybuilding. The contents given in this book are not totally new to me. But the presentation and expression are new. I have read a few books on this topic. But this book is comparatively better than others. I truly am enjoying the exercises within this book. This book is highly recommended for anyone. Thanks to the author.

A Good Place to Start
This is a quick read that may be helpful for people who have never looked at fitness and nutrition. It contained no new information for me.It seems to be written by a non native English speaker. This doesn't take much from the content. It's easy to understand even with the grammatical errors.I would recommend it as a place to start your fitness and nutrition education.

An informative book.
This book is well written and the author definitely has a great amount of knowledge on the topic. Very simple and to the point. My favourite part was the diet plan included and the secrets of building bigger arm. Overall an informative book for all who is entering bodybuilding.

Do Not Waste Your Money
If I could give this book Zero stars I would. Finished reading in 10 minutes. Grammar was atrocious, information was childlike in its presentation and shallow depth This author has less time working out in a gym than my Cocker Spaniel

Good (but ironically light) content - poorly written
Thanks for sharing your knowledge Arnold. There's a few things in this book I'm glad to know from the outset as I just started weight training.Dropped a couple of stars for two reasons:To call it a "book" is really stretching the imagination. This is little more than a pamphlet. I read it during a short coffee break. This "book" badly needs editing. I'm guessing English isn't your first language, which is ok, but get an editor. One paragraph is repeated later on in the book and the sentence construction sometimes makes you read it twice. At the start of the book it tells me to just rest on rest days, not even aerobics. Later on it tells me to do aerobics on rest days.

Excellent
This book was very basic but was a really good reminder for what I need to get back too. I have strayed from the big basics and have been bouncing around but this read really reminded me to stop and get back to my old workouts
