Marathon fuel, kind on the tum
I was recommended these by a trainer who is an ultra runner because I was having tummy issues with gels.They are a bit sticky when warmed up in your pocket, but taste good. There are 6 chews in a packet, the suggestion is to eat two at a time. They gave the required energy boost without having to rush to find a loo!Texture wise maybe a bit like a piece of Turkish delight, flavour was overly cherry but a pleasant sweet pink flavour.Did the job. Would buy again.

Softer than Cliffs equivalent, good for swim energy. Some may find the flavours challenging

A great product
A great tasting product. I don't think it is as strong as my gels but certainly a handy alternative. Easy to carry and none of that sticky mess of the gels. I didn't have any stomach issues with these.
