Yes, they do come in women's sizes. I just received mine, small women's, and they fit perfectly.

I want to purchase these for my husband, but I'm not sure what size to get him. He's 6', about 195 lbs. Any recommendations?

If you go to the SITKA website there is a sizing chart for gloves and it is based upon the circumference of his hand.

Are these left hander friendly?

Yes, the same forefinger and thumb are exposed in the left handed glove.
