Great Fitment and Color Match
Purchased this item to repair a customers seat. The item was directly inline with the original equipment. Once the seat was apart the replacement fit in perfectly. The color also matched the seat back perfectly. Great substitute for repair when a good used quality seat is not available.

Best to watch the install video
WATCH THE 2 BROTHERS' INSTALL VIDEO ON YOUTUBE!! You do have to unbolt and pull the entire seat base out the vehicle (4 bolts). It's a 2 person job and your frame my need to be pushed down on and twisted around a bit but all the bolt holes will align up and bolt in. It takes a bit of patients and elbow grease but it will go on perfectly fit.

Easy as tying Velcro shoes
The ol van has 270k on her and my ass has worn out the seat! This was an easy replacement, now I sit about 4 inches higher as my old seat had a hole in it. I did find about $5 in change in there 🤔

Works as a good total lower seat replacement!

Factory Error
The media could not be loaded. The four holes to bolt the seat are to small and don't have threads. Making it imposible to install.

Original bolts will self tap with impact driver
seat fits great, definitely easier with 2 people. As other reviews state, bolt holes are not threaded. Just use a small impact driver to drive the bolts into new seat, they are self tapping. Drive them in to tap the hole then remove them and proceed with the install.

Really? The seat works but what a piss-poor job by Dorman.
If this is Dorman quality I'm staying away. Yes, once you get the old seat and attempt to attach the Dorman seat you're confronted with no less than 8 holes that aren't threaded - including the bolts that attach the seat to the chassis. Not a pleasant sight at all and not one that I've ever seen before.I called Dorman - they said you don't need to use any bolts to attach the seat - and referred me to a video of another manufacturer which produces a very different kind of seat. Not wanting to tap the threads I did what another person suggested - remove the cushion from the frame and attach the cushion to the old seat frame. That worked and I'm convinced that's the easiest thing to do. Not that it was easy. The cushions must slightly different as it took me a lot of huffing and puffing to get the bolt holes to line up. The sturdy metal frame - probably half the cost of the seat - gets thrown away. The fun wasn't over though. There should be a hole through which the lever that moves the seat should fit. There wasn't - so I cut a hole. There's a velcro tab at the back which should attach to the material in the back of the seat so it does flap around. Dornan didn't make that part long enough to reach the seat back. It's not a big deal but.....Dorman clearly did this on the cheap and didn't do even rudimentary checks to see that they made the seat right. That said, once it all got attached, the seat works and feels fine. If Dorman had gotten the basics right - like providing threads for the bolts - it would have gotten a much better rating.
