I'm really impressed with this mini microphone. The microphone feels solid and well-made, which is surprising for its size. I was honestly really happy that I had found a nice mini microphone for such a low price. I was so excited that I ordered 3 microphones. Though the product can work on IPads and phones, It would not work on my IPad, or my phone. I have tried many different techniques, and watched various tutorials but none of them ended up working. I also put my headphones in the little hole that was meant for them, but I couldn’t hear any noise when listening to music or trying to record my audio. I thought maybe one of mine was defective, so I tried the others, but they also didn’t work. I would have overall given it a five if it would have worked. I am disappointed, given that I had promised to give my friend one, but they don’t do anything, so it would be worthless. I bought an adapter and two peachybbs slimes. All though the slimes were awesome, I couldn’t get anything out of the microphone. The slime is still loud enough to pretend the microphone works, but not as loud as it would’ve been if the microphone was working. Since I have mono and strep at the same time, this would going to be my entertainment, but I can’t feel anything. I feel bad for giving a bad review, giving that I don’t do this often, but I think a tip of advice is that you have to have an older version of the phone. If any of you guys reading this has any advice, I would love to hear it. I may be doing something wrong. If I am, please let me know! Have a great day!

I was hosting Q&A at an event and thought this would be so cute, and man was it ! It was such a vibe. The mic picked up sound well and there appeared to be a decent noise cancellation. I loved the way the videos came out. We all had a good time with the mini mic, and it worked well… I am actually online looking for a variety, so I can have colors to match my outfits 🤣🤣

I teach multimedia and my students love using these for "man on the street" style interviews in the hallways. They purposely get close to the microphones for distorted audio and after a few uses, the microphones are spent.

I know a lot of people have been saying this doesn’t work with iPhone or no sound comes from the microphone. It does! You have to use the lighting cable adapter and make sure it’s fully plugged in. You then can use it to record videos and voice memos or with any app. The only thing is you have to unplug it after use to hear anything. You’ll be able to hear your recordings after unplugging or if you’re using it to talk to someone, you have to plug in headphones as well with the other plug in that’s on the microphone. My son loves this mini microphone! He LOVES acting as a news anchor, comedian, or musician. He was looking for a small microphone; this product was exactly what he wanted! Now he requested the green , blue, and red ones. Sound quality is great as well!

Really bad quality. If you really want one, it might be worth it to buy a more expensive version for better quality. But I would get this for a kid that just wants to play with it.
