Food Coloring 1 oz Liquid Cake Beverage Icing Caramel (Green Apple)

I only ordered this as it was described as DARK blue. I didn't realize that it shipped from Thailand. It finally came and it is only plain blue.I am very disappointed and would have never ordered it if it wasn't incorrectly advertised.Also, be aware you have no idea of the ingredients as the label is not in English.N
