Q: How often do the coils have to be replaced?

as a barber you’re going to have to replace the heads way more often than if you are just using it on yourself/single person use. we barbers put these things through the ringer day in and day out. i’ve tried almost every foil shaver out there and nothing comes close to babyliss. my best advice would be clean them often and cover the head with the provided cover after use. the foils are fragile, the blades are durable. be careful to not dent the foils and if the foil tears replace it! 2-3 months on 10 or more people a day is roughly 400 - 600 uses. so i think 1 head could last you a year easily.

Q: is good for head shaves?

yes, once the hair has been trimmed down, the shaver works very well on the head.

Q: is it good for shaving your head all over?

Yes as long as you clipper your hair to a Single ZERO first.

Q: I travel a lot, will this babyliss foil fx02 be able to charge at 220v without frying? or is it purely for american style 120 volt outlets?

It is dual voltage 120V/220V, all is needed is a plug adaptor for the country you are in.
