Took forever to find this item, but it's exactly what I needed!
If you need to connect a shop compressor hose to your SCUBA 2nd stage 3/8th UNF with an o-ring, this is exactly what you need! I searched forever for this adapter to complete my surface supplied diving setup. I even ordered a 2nd one for another driver to use. The item itself is a chrome colored finish, not black like the image shows, if that matters to you.Just a note, this doesn't connect directly to the 2nd stage reg itself, it connects to the hose that comes off your 2nd stage reg and normally threads into the first stage.

Cheap man's paint respirator.
Made a cheap supplied air respirator out of a used scuba regulator, an air fitting and this. Great for a 1 time paint project, and far better than filters that don't work very long with 2 part paints.
