Brand new, doesn't lock correctly, unusable
I've had this knife for a few days now, opened maybe 20 or 30 times. Now, when I open the knife, the metal piece that locks the blade out now slips past its normal position, allowing the blade to open and close freely. The only way I can get the blade to fully close is to pry the metal locking piece back to the left with a flat head screwdriver. Even opening this knife with little force will still cause the locking piece to fly way to the right. I'm not even going to bother returning this knife, you get what you pay for. I attached a photo for your viewing pleasure.

Dont buy if you actually use your knife.
Alright, first thing's first, if you need a utility knife do not buy this product. Besides the soft steal, mine came with a wobbly blade that wasn't straight or as sharp as I expected. The blade design itself is pretty impractical if you need a cutting knife. You can get alot more knife and alot more value for relatively the same amount of money if you go with a brand like sanrenmu or ganzo. All this knife serves as is a nice piece of eyecandy.

So far so good. For the money it's a solid knife which is most important to me. The only reason I'm leaving just 4 stars is because there is a spot on the metal handle with what Looks like rush and also in some of the grooves around the knife. Maybe it's rust color paint that won't come off who knows. Overall I'm happy with the knife and for the price there's not much room to complain unless it comes defective in some way. I will use this knife company again.****UPDATE*****I've tried 3 different knife sharpeners and I still can't get that edge I'm looking for. I dunno if it's the material the blade is made out of or what but it only gets so sharp.

You get what you pay for
Just like everybody say: you get what you pay for. Or even less. Not only this "knife" looks cheap and unpleasant to the touch, my spring lock broke on the second day and now I use screwdriver to close this thing. It looks like it was nicely designed but poorly manufactured: it says on blade that it is "handmade in China." Handle is all scratched, panels ill fitted, screws are not in the middle of the holes. Metal parts are not properly finished and it arrived with small broken plastic chips in a sealed bag.It is now one of those things that you do not like, but it is kind of working and you do not want to throw away :(

Nice Knife
This TAC Force black Wood Tactical Pocket Knife is probably the best working stiletto I've seen to date. Well made and solid fit make this knife a little higher in caliber. The steel blade easily takes on a sharp edge and there is minimal blade flapping. For the price, I haven't seen anything that comes close in quality and workmanship. Highly recommended.

Good knife!
I received this item shortly after ordering, and its exactly as described! It has good weight and opens easily! Locks into place and feels very sturdy! I modified one of the flippers to my liking and that did not affect it's operation! I would definitely recommend both knife and seller to anyone wanting a fine, inexpensive tool!

I have purchased TAC knives in the past and I have been pleased. I purchased two of the Black Wood Tactical Pocket Knives. One was for me and one was for my son. One of the knives was excellent. Looked good, opened and closed well. The second knife came with a piece of wood cracked off were a keeps it attached to the handle. This was disappointing. The work to return it was not worth it so I kept the second knife. But it should not have passed any quality check.

decent knife for the money
Basically, this is a decent knife for a very low price. Looks good, and the design of it is very easy to open without worrying that you might do it on accident. You'll need to sharpen it frequently, and you may need to mess with it a little so it opens quickly (mine was stiff at first). I also took off the belt clip so it doesn't snag when I take it out of my pocket.
