I’m very happy with them they seem to help me stabilize my weight.

This is part of my daily supplement regimen. Seems to help me maintain my metabolism as I am going thru menopause. I feel great and see a difference when I forget to take it.

I subscribed to this product as a supplement with potential to contribute to maintaining a healthy weight. It appears to me that, along with at least a couple of other supplements and some degree of regular exercise, it is likely to be doing what I chose it for.

Update 5/15/16: 7 days in and EVERY NIGHT I'm sick to muy stomach. I just had insane diarrhea. I take one pill of the green tea in the morning and at night, while I take both of these pills before dinner. I'm sick at night only...except Wednesday when I was sick to my stomach all day following the review I wrote below. Not sure if it's gonna help with weight loss yet. I've only been using this for 3 days but last night I was up all night with severe pain. Tons of bloating, gas that wouldn't go away, and the feeling of diarrhea....it took like 4 hours before I had any after the pain started...at that point I was begging for it to get it out of my system!!! I eat vegetables all the time, so it's not like I shocked my body with new food. I'm also using Vibrant Life Nutrition Garcinia Cambogia Weight Loss Pills , so I'm not sure what is the cause yet. I'm at work right now and feel like I need to go home. A lot of the bloat is gone, but still pain. I'll update accordingly.

I thought I would update this review. After 5 weeks taking this I have now dropped 22lbs. This has been the only supplement that has that I have seen consistent progress after taking it. I haven't had to starve myself. It definitely improves your metabolism so you burn calories faster. I have been taking this for 3 weeks now. I’m down 15lbs so far. This is the first diet supplement that has worked for me. It has helped me change my diet without cravings. Basically I tripled my veggie intake and cut back by that amount from the fat and carbs. Before when I tried that I would still feel hungry and had terrible cravings. I have discovered taking one tablet before breakfast and one around 5pm works best for me. I have a bad time staying awake but with green caffeine it works wonders and helps me stay awake. This product does even give me the same effect as regular cup of coffee. The human limit for caffeine is around 400mg my memory isn't the best when sleepy this is just a estimate, with this I am taking 800mg I am getting absolutely no boost. No energy. No weight loss. No improvement of any kind. No side effects that I have experienced. Just find another product this is a waste of money. Been a month worth of taking it and sometimes twice as a 12 hour period passes.

I use this product with HCG injections i take 2 pills when im up for maximum burst so to say and 1 pill at the end of the day. it definitely boosts the heck out of my weight loss..im on my second bottle and i can sometimes drop 15-20 pounds in a week and a half with these pills while on HCG..o have not used these pills on there own but it is my professional opinion that the trials i have done over the years on my own body there is no doubt these pills "should" boost your metabolism to any degree..again these types of things dont have the exact same effect in everyone. but for the most part they may work for you ..they work for me and im gonna use em forever..if anyone does HCG adding these along with things like a grapefruit a day and apple cider vinegar will skyrocket your metabolism. on these pills i have seen 1.5-2 pounds a day of weight loss while on HCG injections..not drops..
