FastRack White Metal Growler Caps 38mm Fits Most 1/2 and 1 Gallon Jugs, Made in USA - Beer/Kombucha/Homebrew Bottle (12)

I use Carlo Rossi bottles to make wine. Faced with new glass jugs costing $13-$21 each, I buy 4L Carlo Rossi wines at about $15 each and reuse the sturdy glass jug to make my own. These caps fit and seal them perfectly while aging. Also, the price went up a bit since my last purchase but was offset when I received a quantity of 16 in the bag, I think the description and quantity was an error on this listing, for the price, 16 seems more of the logical quantity. Happy with these, far better for me than the corking process, which can be kind of a pain in the butt.

I switched from plastic to 1 gallon glass water jugs which I ordered in bulk of 8. They did not come with caps. This order of caps were perfect tops to the jugs and there were 12 total. Now I have extra in case I lose any.

These replacement lids worked perfectly for my beer growlers.

These are a perfect fit for a number of growlers I've tried them on, but as others have said, the insides of the cap rust after just a few washes. This hasn't been a problem for me since I don't use them that frequently and they're never on their side or upside down, but I guess the rust could be a problem for others. For the price, they work well.

Perfect fit every time. Great seal, maintains condition. Smart choice for replacing old and/or rotted caps. I do think it would awesome if they came in various colors though....Not super important really.

Nice, solid caps for my 1/2 gallon growlers. They are like my other caps, with a wax-type seal on the inside. These are fairly easy to clean. Eventually they do rust inside, and probably need to be replaced, in my experience for comparison, every 20 uses or so but my dark beer I buy is harsh on the tops threads. So, I think they last well especially for the price. What I expected is what I got and I’m satisfied.

Just what I needed for my glass gallon jugs! The seal is great without any leakage. The fit is perfect. Editing my review: After using these for a few months, they are rusting very badly! Not happy with that.

These caps fit my growlers perfectly - great for keeping tight lid on homemade wine or beer.

Did not fit a 38mm jug. It is only 28mm.

Replaced old rusted lids

Had some growler style bottles where the caps that had come with them were wearing out. Saw these and they were exactly what I was looking for! Plus there were lots of them in the order so I'll never run out!

These fit my growler bottles perfectly & I have not had any moulding issues.
