Q: What is the interior height?

Interior heights vary as they are custom cases. They usually have cases that come close to the heights you need.

Q: Does the top have a “molding/casting dot” on the top surface, or is it completely smooth?

Yup, a 1/8” dot in a 1/4” depression.

Q: What are in inside dimensions of this case? My model measures 12" long x 6" high x 5" wide. Will my model fit inside this case? Thanks

Don't think so, you won't have the height. The length goes from 13.75" base to approx 13.25" top; the wudth 6"base to approx 5.5" top, however the height is approx 5.5" not including the platform which is approximate .25" thick; you will only have approx 5.25" height clearance.
