Does this pen is made in USA?

The box I got clearly says "Manufactured by : Luxor Writing Instruments Private Limited A-40, Hosiery Complex, Phase II Extension, Nokia 201005, District: Gaurav Budh Nagar (U.P), India" while Parker Jotter Pens should be manufactured in France, this one in particular, is not. Don't be misled by the previous answer, cause it's a half truth that specifically doesn't say that THIS product is made in France.
