Not working the scan and don’t download software

I've been looking for this model in specific ... work just fine and helped me alot with my children school requirements.

I read all the reviews. I did not see that it was Monochrome. Gutted I have set it up already and the box is gone. At this price point and in 2023 I did not expect it to be possibly only Black and White. So upset!

Ok they’re not cheap and neither is the ink. However, if it’s a workhorse multifunction machine that I am now buying for almost everyone in the office. I’ve had mine about 3 years now and it’s way ahead of the competition. I recommend this for black and white printing, but I’m not sure I would buy the color model for the cost of operating it. For full color, I actually have a Brother which is very heavy, though very high quality.

I now have had 5 HP LaserJet over the years. And never did I ever have any problems with my old reliable LaserJet My office needed a hi-speed LaserJet that could print both letter and legal in the same print job. And my print jobs average 200 pages. So I chose the HP LaserJet Pro MFP M428fdw, and purchased the 3rd tray for only legal size paper, while dedicating tray 2 for letter sized paper. And let me tell you, this printer is amazing! I download the file and save it to my computer. Then I open the printer software and print. It's that easy. The printer sees the size of the page to print and pulls from the correct tray every time. This printer is installed via wifi to my computer and the connection speed and print speed is great, no lags at all. I then take the documents to my client's home to get them signed. Then it's back to the office where I use the incredible "scan to computer" feature to create 200 page PDFs (of both letter and legal size scans) to email back to the lender. I've run almost 2500 pages through this process since I bought the printer a couple weeks ago. My workflow productivity has increased at least 50%. What a great printer this is! Thanks HP. Get yourself one, you won't ever be disappointed. You just cannot beat the reliability and simplicity of this workhorse.
