Why are cool AND warm tones in the same compact for color correction?

The cool and warm tones work to colour correct any complexion. This is a translucent powder but much more than that! I call it my secret!!!! This powder will make your face look younger and softer and is wearable over any colour foundation, so can be used during summer and winter.
