Seagate quality you cant go wrong. Price per Tb great.

Dead on arrival, and dented
Drive was dented, with stuck heads. Warranty not covered by Seagate, so avoid at all costs. Second drive in 2 weeks, from different suppliers, so suspect these are taken from other systems

I bought two, one was faulty but the returns and refund process was faultless
I bought two of these drive for my NAS. One worked perfectly, the other failed to start. I contacted the company and submitted a return and refund. Within the day, I'd received my returns notice and free consignment slip and have since received a refund. Great communication and faultless service - I recommend!

Works reliably and 5 year warranty
Most HDD purchases depend for me on Warranty, Price/TB and Power consumption. A five year warranty and OK power use makes this a buy IF THE PRICE IS RIGHT

These are recertified drives, NOT BRAND NEW
The hard drive turned up and was a white labelled recertified drive. Nowhere in the listing does it mention that these drives are not brand new.

Great drive - very poor packing
Arrived in a simple cardboard slip case. Absolutely no padding. The drive had two small dents. The drive works and as I am using it for temporary storage I will keep it. I cannot recommend anybody buying this from Amazon EU.

Manufacturer Refurbisned, NOT New
These are actually manufacturer refurbished drives, not new. The ones I got were well packaged though and in good condition.
