All the parts came in the box, everything went together nicely, seems sturdy (we will see if it's 6 kids sturdy) Kids love it so far, Had one question and customer service resolved it promptly.Some take aways from setting this up.1. Two people are necessary, a third person is nice for setting up the netting, mainly for snapping the final part of the circle together. Figure a leisurely 4hrs to set the whole thing up if you have your tools all ready, most of the time is the netting setup.2. The directions work in setting up the springs, you just get a optical illusion that somethings off until everything is pulled tight.3. Recommend getting your own 10mm wrench/socket, a Philips drill and a decent channel locks pliers. The screw driver and "wrench" provided will only frustrate you. The channel locks came in handy to make a couple holes "line up" for you to feed bolts through.4. Watch the Philips heads screws as they strip easy, was nervous on a couple screws, but it worked out.5. Download the color PDF manual, its clearer than B/W provided and provided the detail for a couple questions I had.

I’m about 350 pounds and this has no problem with me jumping on it. So I know it can handle anything the kids and grandkids want to do.

The media could not be loaded.  Awesome trampoline! Very strong! As you can see in the video my uncle who is over 6’ tall went on it and it held him just fine. My girls love it and I love that I can go on it with them. It’s such great exercise. The customer service is amazing! After only 1 week of having our trampoline set up, a nasty storm came out of nowhere and flipped it over damaging the frame and a couple of the safety net bars. I contacted the company and they responded very quickly and sent us the replacement parts we needed to fix it at a very reasonable price. We are so grateful. We now have an anchoring kit and two 50 lb bags of sand to hold our trampoline in place so it will hopefully never get damaged in a storm again.

I've owned several trampolines and this one is pretty much in line with what you can find in box stores. We bought this one hoping for a bit better quality - which turned out to be marginal, at best.Setup took a full 4 hours with two capable adults (and I was using my drill to speed up tightening all the connections.) My 10 foot ladder made getting the surround on much easier.The top "ring" which holds the net up looks nice, but it is literally just tent poles woven through. I think it's a stretch to say it adds any additional stability.Several hardware ring mounts came too short and we couldn't insert all the plastic spacers so we just had skip it and use the washer. On that note, just from a design aspect, only the one bottom bolt is providing all the vertical support for the poles.I believe the whole "carbon fiber" marketing is just words. The black leg inserts are just black galvanized steel.Other than that, I think it will be just fine for kids and occasional adults for a few years.

This trampoline gets used daily by all my kids, grandkids, and big kids! I just have to make sure the little kids aren't on the trampoline at the same time as the big kids and remind the big kids and the adults of the weight limit! I just wish the weight limit was higher. They did have trampolines with higher weight limits, but this one had better reviews and better safety features. Keeping my family same while having fun is important to me!!

Material and quality are good But - - - the Assembly instructions are absolutely terrible. I would hope the manufacture would hire a HS kid to write a better one.

I bought this and installed it at my back yard, so that my kids can have something fun during this quarantine days. It turns out the product is really fantastic! Very easy to install! I just have a quick peek at the manual, then finished installing it with my 11 year old daughter within 3 hours. The large size of 15 feet diameter fits my backyard perfectly. With the nets around, it is pretty safe for young kids to play on it. My 5 year old daughter loves it so much! She plays on it with her older sister together. Sometimes they invite me to join them. It accommodate three of us with enough spare rooms. It brings us so much fun! Highly recommended!
