Much better quality than big box store. Thicker, better adhesion, same price. Durable, dimensionally correct, easy to use. Simple, looks great!i highly recommend this product. I used the big box product, which is heat adhesive based, and it’s thinner, cheap, and brittle. Ended up having to remove it and used this instead.

Product was easy to apply and sticks very well. Used on a plywood with formica top. Looks great.

Used to hide the edge of plywood. Stuck easily, and once it's on it feels secure and permanently attached. Painted well with latex paint and now have a nice seamless look. Well worth the money!

I’m pleasantly surprised at how well this product worked. I built a bench out of melamine, and bought this to hide the raw edges. It goes on easily, and you can bend it to go around corners without it snapping. It cuts easy, too. Do not get melamine edge banding just because you use melamine boards. It snaps and is hard to work with, but this alternative is great.If it starts to lift or fail, I’ll come back and update this review.

I liked the product idea and it was a great match for my cabinet shelves. Perfect size. The reason for the 4 star rating is that as you unroll it, there is sticky glue that pulls away and ends up on the front edge. The front then gets sticky and lint gets stuck to it. Not sure how the glue will last over time.

My mom recently bought a number of those white Billy Bookcases from Ikea and asked me to assemble them while she was out of town. I was in a rush when I put the first one together and accidentally put two of the fixed shelves (the ones that are nailed to the backboard) on backwards, so the unfinished particleboard side was exposed. Horrors!After a quick bit if searching on the internet, I found this product. It matches the width of the shelves and with a little bit of measuring and cutting (I used a regular pair of kitchen scissors) those billy bookcases look just like new! Now, they admittedly feel like a patch work job when you run your hand over them, but the glaring eyesore particleboard is gone! (She'll never have to know.)

This stuff really sticks! So much better than the iron on, heat transfer type. Sticks on wood great. Only downside is the edge stays a bit sticky and grabs any lint, etc that touches it. I used it for the edge of a bench, so it's a bit scratchy. I think the trick is to perfectly trim it, which I haven't perfected.5 months later...no longer sticking in several areas. Will have to sand areas smooth instead I guess.

The adhesive was 5 star and I will use these products going forward as they stick way better than the heat glue type. The quality of the banding material was equally impressive.

This product is easy to use and gave a professional looking finish to raw edges on a cabinet.

Delivered tape had no glue on one edge rendering it useless.
