I cannot find any cold brew tea at any store except for just plain Lipton's. I order all of mine from Amazon.

the bags make tea without boiling. You can put it out in the sun but no need.

Yes I got this for Christmas from my bestie. Since it's winter I've been making it hot, and it tastes fine. I drink it hot at work since I'm not a huge coffee drinker. I don't mind ice coffee. I prefer tea so yes you can drink it hot it tastes fine
