You don't need to work for FP for 42 years to realize this a typo and doesn't weight 11 lbs lol.

Based off all the information I could find Fisher-Price does make their Little People with PVC material. Can't comment on the lead, though I know there are strict safety regulations put in place with toys nowadays.
