Q: How do I stop the watch from beeping every hour?

For golden hour watches, click bottom left once to select alarm. Then hold bottom right pressed until numbers flash. Then hold upprr right button.

Q: I received my watch today. Pulled the clip out and analog works fine. LCD screens are blank. How do I turn these on?

There is a separate battery for the LCD portion of the watch. It is either ran down, loose (unlikely) or defective. Unless you can put batteries in yourself, it is probably best to return it.

Idk, but stay away from it. I purchased one & it lasted about 45 days before it broke.

Q: How can I turn off 24-hour time?

When you go to set the time, as you continue through the settings, hour and minute, there should be one after minute and you can switch between 24 and 12
