First off, this is a must have to replace the worn out discoloured OEM radiator. Uses all OEM hardware and mounting points and fits perfectly! Nearly doubles coolant capacity and the hoses fit no problem. I'd recommend this to anyone with a Miata looking for that upgrade for Autocross or even just daily driving.

Even though I took points off for value, this is a bit more expensive than many others, I think it was well spent money. It has a thicker core than stock or even other aluminum radiators & is more nicely finished than others too. While it fits well with the stock mounts & bolts, the added thickness means that the stock fans no longer clear the plastic intake on my '95 NA, a little trimming her & there fixed that issue though.

Poor fitment, and not all rad studs could be used - one side lines up, but the other side doesn't. Took a little fiddling (but nothing out of the norm) to make the thing fit. If you use stock rad fans and the stock intake cross over tube on a 1.8, expect the hemholtz chamber to rub up against the back of the rad fan. Not really perfect fit. Performance wise though, it's great. Temps stay rock solid on track and in extended idle. The unit weighs quite a lot more than the original rad, so do expect weight balance to change with this item.

Happy I decided to spend a bit more. The radiator was a perfect fit and a breeze to install. It is working great.

I installed this on a 1998 track use mazda miata. It still allowed me to install stock fans without fitment issues. The bolt threads were exactly the same. The running temps were really really low, at 6rpm continuous it only got up to 150 degrees. Suppeeerrrr low temps. Kept engine from rebuild at ever 80 track hours to about 200 now..... It also has an awesome drain plug but be careful not to strip it... Its in Aluminum...
