I guess I picked a winner? ❤️You can’t go wrong with an old-fashioned classic. I got them first for my older parents. They love the classic old-fashioned cookies. So I tried the molasses one this time, just to mix it up for them. They loved them & are SUPER PICKY with cookies. They are sweet but not too sweet and these are soft too. Then I tried a bag out for myself, and now I really love them too. 🍪PLUS SO AFFORDABLE !! 💕💕

If I could give this 10 stars I would! Thank you, Archway for delivering exactly as promised. These are nothing short of the best molasses cookies I’ve ever had, soft, flavorful, and fresh. I would buy them again and again if not, for one thing: apparently I have no self control. I finished this bag in two days. I actually felt accomplished, because I could’ve eaten them all in the first day, but I dug deep and found a tiny bit of willpower. I ate them with tea, and every dunk was just magical. It softened even more, but still held together. Each bite stirred memories of Christmases past, at Grandma’s kitchen table. Thank you for the perfect cookie!

Crisp, crunchy, and delicious. Very small cookies that pack a lot of sweet and spicy flavor. Great texture too. I kept them in the bag, which was clipped closed, and they stayed crisp. Excellent value. New favorite!

I'd never had these before so I cant compare this recipe with any other molasses cookie brand/recipe, but i found these on here for a good price and if thought I'd order 1 bag just to give them a try. I am very happy that I did. First of all, I expected them to be hard, similar to a gingersnap cookie, but they're not, they're soft. They have a good taste to them, not overwhelmingly extra sweet, but sweet enough to satisfy a sweets craving. I personally think they could use a bit more icing on top, but it's about the only "negative" I can think of and its not really even a negative because what is on there is plenty to taste. And in a random plus, I wear dentures, so anything that is hard to bite through is absolutely impossible for me, but I can bite through these with no problems...however, theyre also small enough to pop the whole thing in your mouth and be able to chew them without choking. Not that I'm ever unladylike to that degree, goodness no, but hypothetically it is possible to do so. There is a certain artificial flavor in a lot of 'spice' flavored sweets that I simply can not stand, and I've tasted it in all sorts of products from boxed cake mixes, frozen ready to bake pies, etc that I find revolting and it overpowers everything else when its in something and i was half expecting it to be present in these, but thankfully not. So, I absolutely recommend getting you a bag and trying for yourself to see if these are up your alley or not. They definitely are for me and I certainly will be trying them again. And again. And again! Enjoy! :)

I gave this star because the flavor was exceptional. However, I felt the cookies were a little too hard and knocked in enough for a true snap unless they were really soaked in water. They were difficult to eat almost too hard, but not quite. They just snapped a little too much.

I order these for my mom. She is 88 years old and loves these!!! she goes through at least 2 bags a week. Every delivery is great - product is fresh and has smaller amount of breakage than the supermarket!

These are good cookies. The reason I only gave 3 stars is the flavor. There’s a hint of gingersnap. But I also bought the Amazon brand ones and they had much more gingery flavor.
