not sure what you mean by opened, these are not sealed unless the packer puts tape around the bottom of the cap. they still smell wonderful to me, and I do not think anyone could tamper with the contents, if it leaks you cant fill.

Q: What does the mist “for women” mean?

It's just a body spray with a feminine (floral or fruity) smell.
