Healthy Breeds Chihuahua Multi-Vitamin Soft Chews 60 Count

These are misleading. It looks as though they are made for the dog pictured but the ingredients are the same for all of them? All dogs have different needs. Sure they're vitamins but they don't target requirements for each breed so why market it as if it does?

These "breed-specific" vitamins are falsely advertised and entirely misleading. The entire premise - that you are buying vitamins and minerals that are specific to your dog's breed - are FALSE. I have a Great Pyrenees and an Australian Cattle Dog. I bought one jar of these dog vitamins for each breed, and of course it has the photo of the dog breed printed on the jar, in living color.After giving these to each of the two dogs for several weeks, I actually looked at the contents that are printed on the jars. Surprise! The vitamins and minerals which are listed -- AND the amounts of each of the nutrients listed in each "treat" -- are EXACTLY THE SAME for the Great Pyrenees and for the Cattle Dog. There is NO difference. This "Breed Specific" claim is just a "come on", with zero validity.If you are not familiar with these breeds, the Great Pyre is one of the 'giant breeds' and weighs 125 pounds and the Austratlian Cattle Dog weighs 35 to 55 pounds. Their nutritional needs are very different. Do not be fooled by the claim that each variety is formulated for the needs of the specific breed. This is FALSE ADVERTISING and Amazon might want to consider removing it from the inventory. Very disappointing.

I bought these for my pug simply because I want her to be as healthy as possible. I figure if humans need vitamins so should dogs, right? I was hesitant at first to purchase these after reading some comments saying their dogs didn't like the smell and wouldn't eat them. My pug took it instantly but then dropped it after a few seconds. Crap! I didn't think she liked them. I broke it in half and tried it again. She ate it! I act like it's a treat and make her do tricks, she doesn't need to know! She seems happy and healthier with more energy. I thought she would get diarrhea because some comments complained about that as well but it's day 6 and she's had normal stool, no issues here!

My chihuahua was suffering from pancreatitis and I was looking for a way to add some nutrients to his diet. Since I have started using this product he has only had one or two bouts of pancreatitis in months as opposed to at least once a week. These have been a lifesaver for him. He loves the taste and eats it right up every time I give it to him. I feed him half a chew per day.These are soft chews which are essential since my poor little boy has no teeth either! I would recommend this product highly!

My German shepherd hates it but my German shepherd Pittbull mix loves it! The smell is really strong and will knock your socks off but u know Roxy who’s My female shepherd mix will eat it anytime I give it to her and the ingredients are good for her. Lucky who’s my purebred male shepherd will not touch it. He’ll eat it if I mix it with his dry food and beef broth. I’m thinking the smell is turning him off. Looks like I got to find one that’s not too offensive for him. I’ll keep buying for my younger female shepherd mix. She loves it no matter if you put it in her kibbles or hand feed it to her.

So far my shihpooh has been taking these for 30 days and is doing better in terms of throwing up. My dog would throw up every other day which led to his teeth rotting. Long story short, after giving him this and famotidine 10mg his throwing up has stopped. He only did it once in the 30 days. I'm happy with the results.

We bought these for our dog's dry skin issues. We have two Rottweilers and both hate the taste of the chews. I have to bribe them with treats afterwards. The skin issues have seemed to clear up which is why we purchased them. Just need a better flavor.

My dog will actually take these vitamins and they are chewables. I cook his food and wanted to have a supplement for him. I like that they are breed specific. The only thing that would make them better was if they had something for joint health included.

For the price I paid this was excellent value. Unfortunately I see it has tripled in price now. Still, my dogs love this little morsel of vitamins.

Works well, dogs love it as a treat and I have fussy eaters.
