Nice looking, good size, the plate gets very hot and when unplugged the hot plate retained its heat for well over 60 minutes. Very pleased with my purchase/choice.

it is fine but not very effective retaining of bowls of food in a buffet. ,Maybe I was expecting too much. Probably much better retaining heat of plates of food, But much better than the rubber matt I also bought.

Keeps food hot for a long time

My husband bought me this heated tray after I had complained about space being taken up in the oven just to heat plates and keep items warm. I was a doubter at first because it does take up space on the work surface but I was quickly won over by how useful this has turned out to be. I put it on about 30 minutes before serving to heat up plates and transfer dishes of cooked food while the rest of the meal is finishing being prepared. It is a bonus to be able to use it without the power cord but I have not needed this option so far. It heats up fairly quickly and evenly and as long as food spills are not left to "cook" on the surface, is easy enough to keep looking smart. One downside is that it has no way to store it other than flat (no hooks or brackets are supplied) but we solved this by installing a couple of large hose hooks on a wall where it sits looking a bit like a piece of wall art. In all, a good looking and useful buy.

Tested but not yet used fully. Seems to work well and is the perfect size. Will be used in earnest tomorrow

This was a really good purchase - I bought one for my mother as well who uses it regularly to serve warm food especially in winters! Excellent product about time they came out with a rechargeable cordless version!
