Very nice phone! More than anyone needs. The camera is very good! You will be very happy w that. I got the refurbished - excellent condition. And it is quite excellent. Only a few scratches in the charging port (see pics) and bit of grime/debris by the rear cameras. Maybe Amzn doesn't clean them before sale. Maybe I just got the only one that wasn't, who knows. No biggie. Cleaned it myself. This is a very nice and simple phone, from the name A71 to the robust capabilities. Just the sheer fact that you're considering this phone means that you or the person you're buying this for does not need a $1300 flagship phone nor are you/they the type of person to spend ludicrous money on excess items like this. Nowadays people want their phone to float in the air while taking pictures, drive them to work and water their flowers. Even though they dont have flowers.... get me? They want excess when they don't have anything that demands those capabilities. You dont need a $600, 800, or 1000 phone just to scroll through tiktok for 5hrs a day ot whatever other degenerate activities people do now. This is a phone for real people. For modest people that live in the real world. It will do more than you need. The processor is very quick and robust. To give you context. I just moved to a new city so I'm always using the maps app, along with music, texting people that I'm on my way, etc. I can do all these three things so easily and quickly. The phone jumps from one app to the other very quick. The screen quality is very clear and vibrant, very strong colors. You will enjoy taking pictures on this. The first few photos I posted, people asked me if I got an iPhone (as if that were the standard of camera quality). The keyboard has very VERY good predictive texting and suggestions, along with very good conjugations in multiple languages. I would often type 20-40% of a word before it knew what I whated to say and which likely words come after. And if you speak/text in multiple languages, you don't need to switch from one language or keyboard to another. The keyboard is consistently keeping track of all possible words in all the languages you selected in the settings. And if you haven't noticed already, it has really good punctuation. AI assistant is very helpful and quick. It'll do a lot before you have to touch the screen.

I originally planned to return it for a refund as this phone wasn't compatible with the network it claimed to work with. (Not the sellers fault, the networks) However, I have found it to be very useful for several other activities and have decided to keep it.

Lets start with this phone is a refurbished phone meaning some refurbished phones or great but this particular one has So many glitches. Battery only last about 6 hours. Packing was good do you scratches in the back but other than that appearance was great takes great pictures but overall this one was no good No good previous song I had was a refurbished phone and it lasted for about 5 years so it just comes down to if you get a good refurbished or not

Although this phone is an unlocked AT&T phone, I had trouble setting it up to be used as a T-Mobile phone, so I contacted the vendor. NOTE: Be sure to BACKUP everything from your old phone using the Samsung Cloud backup first!! SET UP: When the phone asked for the insertion of the SIM card, the vendor wrote to me to skip that step (since I had a T-Mobile SIM), and follow the remaining steps to finish with set up. Once I did that, it worked perfectly. The vendor also instructed me to register this new phone with T-Mobile which I have done. The phone is working perfectly. The phone arrived in two days, although the instructions said it would come in 8 days! The phone is beautiful and looks like a brand new phone! Also in the box were: a 39" charging/data cable, a Samsung super fast charger, and a SIM removal tool as indicated in the description. The screen is pristine. The photo shows the plastic protective covering on it which will remain on until the new case arrives. The only teeny annoyance is that the AT&T logo appears (instead of T-Mobile) when the phone starts, but I'm getting used to it. I am super happy with this phone and with this vendor.

I like the phone my only two complaints are the screen started coming up from the sides. I have to super glue them down and the battery life is a joke but it came with no scratches or cosmetic issues. The camera is nice for the price. Overall,I am satisfied by the performance of the phone it is fast and responsive. Also forgot to mention that this is not a Verizon locked phone does let you use T-Mobile but it will keep saying that the SIM is not a Verizon. Makes the service in certain places terrible.

I needed a new phone because my old phone's speaker crapped out on me. It was a A71 as well but was the 4G version so I upgraded to the 5G. Not bad for under $200. The only thing I would caution is get a Samsung branded charger. The one that came with the phone was not and it said "adaptive fast charging". At 30% my phone would be fully charged in 1.5 hours, then seconds later it be fully charged in 2.5 hours. Other then that, we'll worth it.
