I have 2 of these and have had them for years. It’s lighter than whatever I had before that, but IMO it’s not light. If you’re holding the canister by the handle to clean upholstery or stairs, it’s heavy. PS: A lot of the problems with pushing and pulling the upright that some have described in these answers can be addressed by adjusting the carpet pile height function.

Q: What is the difference between the navigator and the rotator?

I own the Rotator but have no experience with the Navigator. Googling comparisons though the main difference seems to be that the Rotator can be turned into a canister vacuum where the Navigator can only be an upright vacuum. Q: What about the filters? The infomercial never mentions them as far as need for cleaning, replacement, or ease of removing and cleaning.

The filters are very easy to remove and clean. Based on experience, if you don't overfill the container then cleaning filters is not needed often. I've cleaned them before and it isn't hard. You have to let them dry out completely though which takes some hours. Cleaning hair and threads from the beater bar is quite a cumbersome task though. About 30 minutes with a screwdriver to disassemble t and reassemble the floor piece.

Q: Does the vacuum come with any attachments? It doesn't look like if from the picture here

Currently I have not used any accessories. I just use it as a floor vacuum, so I had to go looking for the accessories that came with it. I may not have found every single one that came with it, but I think I did, so the short answer: it comes with at least 5 attachments and a floor caddy. They are as follows: Dusting Brush (1185FC500), 12 inch Crevice Tool (X11FC500), Large Power Brush (X13FC500), Multi-Angle Dusting Brush (X15FC500), Straight Suction Floor Nozzle (XSN500), and finally the Canister Caddy (X16FC500).
