Super comfortable 😌 and they're stunningly handsome when out on the boat or going to a restaurant. Slightly see through only on the legs when wet and that's it. If you want, just remove the liner and they'll be perfect for a show when wet.

For comparison shopping, I am 6'3" tall and in pants wear a 31w34L, weigh 180 lbs. and I ordered the small based on Amazon recommendations and it was 100% spot on! I ordered the white pair of shorts.These shorts are coming to Palm Springs for a late summer getaway later this month and the house we are staying has a pool that I plan to enjoy and fully use. I recvd them today and hopped in the shower and THANKFULLY they are not transparent, with the added mesh inner lining and probably some white undies, a guy would be fine. If you wanted to be noticed for more than your very sexy looking swim shorts, then go without underwear and be forewarned the world will know what you've been gifted.Regardless of your VPL situation, I really do like these shorts and highly entertaining buying other colors as they look so good above the knee.

I swim, so do other people.Being wet all day unless I'm in the water isn't always pleasant.These fit as described and dry pretty quickly. I like having pockets too.Just don't carry your car keys into the water, especially the ocean. In a pool you might find them.Have fun👍

These swim trunks are exactly what I was looking for. They are the best short-length elastic waist swim trunks I could find with the old school contrast stitching style. I'm not a fan of lace-up-waist board shorts, which are typically long in the legs. I felt these swim shorts are true to size. Swim trunk sizing is all over the map and tends to run bigger and baggy. I have JCrew swim trunks sized Medium that are the exact same size as this short in a Large. Ordered the "dark blue" shorts and they are exactly as pictured in the product photo (the black and white shorts are shown with a different pocket style).

Light weight and dry fast. Dislike that pockets come out every time I swim. They offered another style so I thought I would try them, I ordered black and got white which I will not wear. Not happy with outcome of shopping for swimwear

If I wore this to a pool I would be concerned with a charge for public nudity. They feel cheap. They feel like paper and they are just as transparent as a wet white thin t shirt. Do not spend money on this.

According to my son they are sized accurately and are comfortable. He likes the material as well.

I wear US jeans size 32-33, and size L fits me very well--slight loose, but perfect when I sit down. I can use the drawstring if I want to tighten them. They are good quality and perfect for me.
