Premiere Balsamic Vinegar
Absolutely delicious. I use this for sipping only. It is very expensive. A good alternative and much more affordable balsamic vinegar is Fattoria Estense Silver Label balsamic vinegar (aged 10 years) also available on Amazon. However, if you have a very refined palate and can discern all the different nuances in food and want to use balsamic vinegar just for sipping or putting on cheese, then stick with the Acetaia-Leonardi Balsamic II Pregiato...it is really very delicious.
