It’s hard to find Chalav Yisroel milk in many areas, so this is a nice stand in when you need that for a coffee area. Aside from the crazy price, which is what it is when it comes to this stuff, the product itself is good and not clumpy; the real downside is just the poor labeling which makes the product look cheap and unappealing, would advise the manufacturer for some new packaging.

This powder creamer clumps! And has a weird taste.

it becomes clumpy in the bowl. also doesn't last as long as the powdered carnation or nestle containers.

I bought this to use making bread. A number of recipes call for it. It works fine. I prefer whole milk, but the non-fat type has a longer shelf life than the whole milk. My bread turned out well.
