It's very useful for joints and after one month I can see the changes in my skin. It's worth it. Nice smell and taste. I felt my working energy was maintained.

Tastes nice but does have a fishy taste to it slightly too. A lot of the powder gets stuck at the bottom of the sachet. I did see an improvement overall in my hair and skin. Probably wouldn’t buy again as they are quite expensive!

Why did you choose this product over others?:This product is Fantastic. Straight away I felt better in myself, my nails are not brittle and are long and strong. My hair also feels more nourished, it was always so dry looking.Value for money:This product is a bit expensive but I feel it's worth it!

Cannot take these direct from the packet as there is a definite fishy taste in a syrup, despite what they claim. Tried it in plain yogurt with fruit but fish taste was still too strong. Only way I can take is to mix into flavoured yogurt which I’m doing to get through all the sachets. Won’t be buying again!

This is good and does what it intends to however the aftertaste is not the best. It could be better for its price

Nails stronger, hair thicker. I assume it’s doing good inside too! Pricey but I thought I could see better effects than some other slightly cheaper brands (reverse life). Tastes good.
