Cocoa Butter Formula Biotin Length Retention Shampoo, 13.5 Fl Oz

This is the first sulfate free shampoo I have tried. I have highly porous hair that gets dryer and dryer between washes (instead of oily) This shampoo is thick. Lathers great. Easy to use. Cleans perfectly without stripping. Works great for porous hair. Leaves my hair shiny and smooth. Will last a long time. Only need a small amount. The smell: smells like bar soap. It's kind of weird for a shampoo. Not what I'd expect. But it's a clean smell.

Palmer's Cocoa Butter Formula Shampoo. I've used Palmer's products all my life in one form or another. So, I was really pleased to find that Amazon has the line of products at really affordable prices. I have 2B texture, light brown-dark blonde, elbow length hair. It's thick enough to regularly break hairties. Palmer's shampoo cleans it without weighing it down and adds moisture even before you condition. I use a rubber shampoo brush to wash my scalp. Then I rinse it all straight down while brushing it with a wet/dry brush. It leaves my scalp squeaky clean, but doesn't strip my hair of moisture. I pair it with the matching conditioner and my hair rarely sheds or breaks. The scent is light and natural. A scent that reminds me of summer. It gives my hair a great shine without leaving a residue. I have far less frizz when I use the whole line. I really appreciate that all of Palmer's products are cruelty free. The price can't be beat for the quality.

I only used a small amount of shampoo on my hair and it was so moisturizing. I felt like I had put conditioner or something in my hair. Actually, after using this shampoo, I felt as if I didn’t need any conditioner because my hair was feeling so soft, shiny, and healthy. And for the price that I paid for the shampoo is unbelievable.

I love all things Palmer’s…until now. Cream, oil, sticks, lotion, all wonderful. I thought I hit the jackpot when I found this shampoo with biotin. Unfortunately it doesn’t smell like the other products. It has a flowery smell instead of cocoa butter. While the shampoo works fine the smell is terrible, ok not terrible jut not cocoa butter and totally not my scent. I do not like the fragrance at all. The ingredient list is a bunch of unpronounceable things as well. So I’ll stick with the lotions and creams but will not buy this again. Sorry Palmer’s…you missed the mark on this one.

Great product it leaves a nice lather on my beard and it smells great.

I've been using the moisture boost shampoo and conditioner for a while and it's been excellent for my hair. I have hip length hair and I am trying to grow it longer, so I thought I'd try this. I shampoo my whole head twice with this, then use the moisture boost conditioner on my mids to ends. My hair is actually like something off a shampoo advert! It's incredibly soft & silky, the shine is incredibly and any fizz and dryness that were there before have completely gone! I would 1000% recommend Palmers products to everyone.
