Why are Pico chairs so expensive? Are they worth the cost vs much cheaper camping chairs?

This chair is expensive because it folds up very small, but opens into a full size chair. I have not had mine long, but I've used it quite a bit. It's very comfortable, and seems very good quality. It's ideal for a camper van.
