Meyenberg's milk is produced in the United States. CapraMilk is sourced from dutch farms in the Netherlands. We chose this location over domestic production as the EU (European Union) does not allow genetically modified organisms (GMO's) in animal feeds. The United States not only allows GMOs but actively encourage their use through farm subsidies. By partnering with Dutch farmers, we felt this would ensure the NON-GMO status of our milk powder.

Q: For anyone giving this to their 1 year old what are you doing about the lack of vitamin d?

We recommend adding a toddler vitamin supplement if you want your milk to be high in vitamin D. Milk isn’t naturally high in vitamin D so some manufacturers add it. Mt. Capra does not add anything to our milk powder.

Q: Is this milk ultra pastuerized?

No because it destroys all the healthy benefits of goats milk
