While it does block glare and possibly blue light, it was very difficult to install. No matter how clean I had it, as soon as I placed the film down stuff stuck to it (the film, not my screen). After fussing with it for 20 minutes I got it good enough that I was just going to try it out for a while, see if I could get used to the few tiny random flecks still trapped. What they don't tell you in the ad, the surface is so textured that you have to drag your pen to write anything. I can see it wearing out a pen tip very quickly, and it was physically tiring to write a short test sentence. Imagine running on a school track vs running in sand. I can't use this. I bought this tablet mainly for note-taking. And, it feels icky to touch, to me. If you bought your tablet to watch TV and have a cleanroom for install, it should be fine.

Okay so if your goal for a screen protector is for prevention of drop damage, this probably isn't what you're looking for. But that's not why I bought mine. I was hesitant because I wasn't sure exactly what I would be getting and it wasn't tempered glass so I wasn't sure whether or not it was going to be a good investment. But I'm glad I went ahead and did it because these screen protectors are awesome.They do block some of the radiant light so that it doesn't cause as much eye strain. But mainly it's a very good design and I like the material that is used in its production. It prevents you from getting lines and marks all over the screen from the S Pen and it functions perfectly with the S Pen and doesn't damper the functionality of it.Do I think that it would prevent the screen from being damaged if I dropped it, no not especially. But I didn't really buy it for that purpose. And if you're concerned about screen damage then you would probably I want to get something more geared towards that in terms of a case that encloses all of it. But I'm basically using this to keep the screen clean and Free of marks and wear and tear which it performs flawlessly.

This matte screen protector has low color noise and great texture for drawing. It's size correctly, so it can be installed with a case on the tablet....for the s6 lite.Update:I bought the same screen protector for my s7+ tablet and it is not the same at the s6 lite or kindle 8 screen protector, which both have the same texture. The screen protector I received for the s7+ has a rougher texture and more color noise than the others of the same brand. I'm back to searching for a different brand more like the original ones I received. It also came bent, and I had to get a replacement, which still had slight bends to the corners. I'm super bummed it's not the same. From 5 stars to 2 stars

Two MAJOR issues with this product.1. Cutout for front camera is misplaced.2. Product does not install easily.The instructions for installation were not well laid out. There were so many bubbles, and so much dust, I ended up removing the screen protector and throwing it away. It really is a shame, and the product did a good job on glare reduction and protecting the screen. Was a waste of $20.00.Thinks twice before purchasing this one. Others are out there for much less, with better quality and instructions

I recommend you to do the installation on a clean desk, because when you remove the first film it will attract all the dust like magnet from the desk or table you are using and cant be removed easily.The instructions are simple and came with tools for easier installation.

Granted I watched the video and have technical hands on experience. You could always get the local store to install for you if you wanted to. But we are all in love with the texture of the screen. Zero fingerprints, and just *feels good* every time you touch it.

Make sure you follow the directions. I had to read them carefully to make sure I was installing it correctly. I am happy with the result. I have a few small persistent "bubbles" I could not get out no matter how much time I spent to get it right. It is made of pretty tough material so it protects the screen well, and I haven't noticed any difference with the touch screen. I would recommend it.

I got exactly what I wanted out of this screen protector.. at first. The paper like feel made drawing on my tab s7 fe feel amazing and the added friction does wear out the nib faster than on smooth glass, surprise surprise that's what added resistance does.What doesn't make me happy is how soft and malleable the plastic is. I was just drawing some lines and noticed the places I drew on now have permanent lines on the screen which is quite distracting when trying to do anything (circled in the photo).I still have the second one and a load of spare nibs so I can replace it when it suites me, but after this I'm reluctantly going to have to go back to tempered glass, at least until textured glass screen protectors become a thing
