It is a whitener, not a cleaner.

Will this cover scuff marks on the white leather part of tennis shoes?

I polished off the scuff marks so barely visible and then used the shoe polish. This worked very well but do not know if it would cover without trying to lessen the appearance of the scuff mark first.

I used the polish on leather type nursing shoes so cannot answer as to canvas.
