Where can I order a replacement canopy for this product

I have tried to order a replacement canopy for this product, and Step2's customer service and replacement parts section are totally inadequate. The company does not provide replacement parts for those things that obviously would eventually need to be replaced...i.e. the canopy for this playtime patio. The company puts out a good product but will lose customers if this situation is not corrected.

Can it be disassembled for storage?

As you assembled it, so can you disassemble it.. The canopy is no problem.. the base is screwed together, so that might be a bit more complicated.. Just keep everything together for the rebuild!!

How does it hold up in windy conditions?

It did perfectly fine with 30mph gusts. It didn't affect it at all. We had a 50-60mph gust too, but I took the top off just in case..its really easy to pop the top off.
