Horrible quality! Don’t buy. Used this cup all but 10 times and the bottom cracked/broke

I have bought these and I’m in love with them the white or black ones! The guest I have had over always like them even if they just see them on my coffee station! The cup keeps the coffee hot to enjoy drink and doesn’t heat up the outside wall! Perfect for those don’t like to hold hot cup and need a ear loop

Bought a white and a black cappuccino size. If I’d bought two of one color, I would never have known the difference. The white mug has a noticeably thinner wall than the matte black one. Both lose their heat relatively quickly. The bottoms look like metal, but a quick tap tells you it’s not. Feels like plastic. Definitely not a $20 mug.

These cups are beautiful but useless for hot beverages. I got them for coffee and tea but once you put something hot in them, the cup heats up to the temperature of the beverage. Since there is no handle, it’s impossible to pick up the cup to drink out of.
