There's no need to augment the fine reviews posted, however I did find a few things not accurate in my use case. In short, the case is rugged, durable, and offers fine protection. Viewing content and typing/drawing is easy given the angles provided by the case. To address the negative aspects I read before buying this case: I found no problem with storing or removing the 2nd Gen Apple Pencil in the provided slot. The fit is exact, but not too tight. Removal of the pencil is easy if one pushes the pencil up using the provided opening on the case back. It's just not a problem. Regarding installing and removing the iPad (5th Gen Air) is not difficult at all. Simply insert the iPad against the thicker side of the case first and then push the opposite side of the iPad into the thinner side. It stays secure and is easy to remove for cleaning. I can understand people's concerns about the case getting dirty. There are various joints on the case back, and pits on the rubber bumper that can catch dirt. I imagine a Q-tip, some alcohol, and canned air would take care of cleaning when necessary. I think it's a great case and economical alternative to similar more expensive options that don't seem to provide added value.

Fits perfectly doesn't mess with its functionality so works great and isn’t like extremely thick so it feels nice it looks good and sleek feels durable haven’t had any issues with it easy to put on

This case is slim but incredibly solid. Very well made and works with a standard screen protector no problem. Does not add bilk to device.

Just received this yesterday and so far, I'm loving it. I don't necessarily need a case that covers the screen so this one not having it doesn't bother me. I do have a glass screen protector on it. It's a lot slimmer than I was expecting, which is a good thing! My own gripe with it is the pencil holder. I'm using the Apple Pencil 2 and it BARELY fits. It's a secure fit so it definitely won't fall out or anything but I feel like it's a bit too secure. It needs to be just a smidge bit longer so the tip isn't rubbing against the case. It's also a bit of a hassle to get the pencil out. But, it's only a minor inconvenience and I still plan on keeping this case. I've had probably 4 or 5 different cases and this is the best one I've had so far. Compared to my ESR magnetic folio case, the viewing angle when using the stand is pretty much identical. I mention this because one other reviewer said the viewing angle wasn't great but it's almost exactly the same as my folio case. Overall, it's a pretty good case, I just wish they made the pencil holder a little bit wider and longer considering the pencil is magnetic so you don't really need the holder there to secure it. This is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. If the pencil was easier to get in and out it would be 5 stars no problem.

Love spigen cases! This one is very well made and I like the kick-stand feature as well.

Spigen makes quality cases, whether for phone or tablets. Solid protection for your devices. I’ve been using their products for 6-8 years, my go to for protective cases.

The case is well made, but the kick stand broke on my son's after just a month and a half. Super disappointing. Would 100% recommend if the kick stand isn't a big deal. The kick stand must have a re-design.

I liked the delivery was quick and fuss free, as with all Amazon Prime orders. Item was on a sale and hence got it at a very reasonable price, more reasonable then the usual SPIGEN prices.
