I am always super nervous about buying skincare off of Amazon. Could someone please verify for me that this product isn't a fake?

I'm not exactly sure what you mean by fake, but I do know it's the best cream I've ever used, it makes my face incredibly soft, it's not greasy, it has no scent, and I give it to others in my family as gifts and they love it. I'm rather possessive of it, so I make sure there are always extra jars around because my 18 year old son really likes it so it ends up in his bathroom. I think if you give it a try you'll be pleasantly surprised that it lives up to all the accolades it gets.

Does this need to be refrigerated? If not, what keeps it stable at room temp without becoming contaminated (especially with an open jar design)?

I have not witnessed any breakdown of the creamy consistency of this product. Just made sure my fingers were washed before use and the lid was tightly closed afterwards.

Anyone tried this for scars and/or stretch marks?

I don't have any scars but I've definetly noticed an improvement on stretch marks on my thighs since using Aloe Infusion. Since it has worked so well on my stretch marks I imagine it would work well on scarring has well.
