I'm really impressed by the quality of this chocolate. It melts easily and smoothly, even in the microwave. It comes out perfectly spreadable, and becomes satisfying brittle when poured into molds and hardened. And it tastes great - very milky and creamy, whether eating it warmed, hardened or in its original wafer shape. This is a great product and it works perfectly for making chocolate bars. I can highly recommend it.

Love this branch of chocolate chips. They make wonderful cookies with sourdough starter. I have bought this branch several times and have also sent to my kids to use.My son eats them alone. They make great snack pack add ins as well.Arrived perfectly even in TX hot weather.

It tastes delicious but I was slightly thrown off by the packaging because it wasn’t the same as the listing. Going to be using this for Dubai chocolate and hope it works well for it. It’s a big bag and hopefully it lasts a couple bars. It’s easy to melt and use.
